Hermetically Sealed Dataloggers

Engineered for extreme environments

Hermetiq provides rugged, stainless-steel temperature dataloggers engineered for industries which require absolute reliability. Typical applications include steam sterilization / autoclave validation and thermal process monitoring. Based in the Swiss Alps, Hermetiq leverages Swiss engineering excellence to build instruments that thrive in extreme environments. Precision, regulatory compliance and long-term durability are important cornerstones of our products.

True hermetic sealing

Reliably sealed with glass-to-metal technology with no O-rings to degrade or replace. Long-term integrity in steam, temperature, and pressure. This hermetic design is helium leak tested to 1e-8 mbar*l/s, ensuring zero moisture ingress even after countless sterilization cycles.

Rechargeable battery

Each unit contains a high-temperature rechargeable battery. You will never have to open the device for battery replacement. This not only avoids maintenance hassles but also provides sustainability and lower cost of ownership over the device’s life.

Precision & Compliance

Hermetiq uses a calibrated PT1000 platinum RTD sensor to achieve 0.1 °C accuracy. Every logger is delivered with calibration traceability to ensure confidence. The System includes software for electronic record keeping, helping users in regulated industries to meet compliance requirements.

We set ourselves apart from other options with a premium, innovative product design that eliminates common failure points. Hermetiq dataloggers feature a true hermetic seal and a high-temperature rechargeable battery. These unique advantages ensure near zero maintenance and maximum uptime compared to conventional products. There is no risk of leaks, no compromised rubber seals and no costly downtime to worry about.

Hermetiq is your partner for premium data logging solutions. With our customer centric approach, we deliver products you can trust in the most challenging environments, allowing you to focus on your process, not on the tool.
